Dr Jonathan Bowling
is a Consultant Dermatologist
and expert in skin cancer diagnosis
Dr Jonathan Bowling graduated from Bristol University and following working in Queensland Australia, completed his dermatology training in London. He was the lead Clinician for Oxfordshire Skin Cancer MDT, and Chair of the West Thames Valley Specialist Skin Cancer MDT. He was a faculty member of the 1st & 2nd World Congress of Dermoscopy and he is the UK board member of the International Dermoscopy Society.
He has pioneered training in dermoscopy for skin cancer diagnosis in the UK, with over 1000 dermatologists, plastic surgeons and GPs attending his courses to date.
He is the author of the dermatology textbook 'Diagnostic Dermoscopy: The Illustrated Guide'.
He is committed to education in dermatology and is a Consultant Dermatologist and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Oxford University, Nuffield Department of Clinical Medicine, Medical Sciences Division, Oxford, United Kingdom.
